Privacy Policy

General Policy. COL-TAB, Inc., an Oregon corporation doing business under the “COL-TAB” name and the name “Revolution Publishing” (“COL-TAB,” “we,” “us” or “our”), owns and operates this web site (this “Site”). COL-TAB knows that you, its visitors, care about how information about you is used and shared. COL-TAB promises that it will use information about you carefully and sensibly. This document describes the information that COL-TAB collects about visitors to this Site, how COL-TAB uses that information and how COL-TAB protects that information.

Information We Collect. You may visit this Site anonymously. We collect your Internet Protocol address, but this information generally does not reveal your identity. The data that we regularly collect about visitors to this Site (e.g., browser type, pages accessed, duration of visit, etc.) does not enable us to identify you. You may always choose not to provide the information we request. However, you may then be unable to take advantage of the features and services we offer on this Site.

In addition, COL-TAB may share customer information with affiliated companies. No Sale of Personal Information. COL-TAB will not sell your personal information to others except in connection with the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of COL-TAB.

Email. From time to time, COL-TAB may send email to you and other visitors to this Site. COL-TAB may use a bulk email service to distribute that information. If you do not want to receive bulk email messages, please indicate that preference by contacting us at sales@coltab.com.

Third Party Service Providers. COL-TAB may from time to time engage others to provide services to COL-TAB, to you and to other visitors to this Site. For example, COL-TAB may engage other companies to host, operate and maintain this Site, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, process credit card payments, perform inventories or assessments and provide other services. COL-TAB will give service providers access to your personal information to the extent necessary for them to provide such service. COL-TAB cannot guaranty that those providers will protect your personal information to the same extent described in this Privacy Policy.

Cookies. Upon your first visit to this Site, our web site may send a “cookie” to your computer. A cookie is a file that identifies you as a unique user. COL-TAB does not endorse or control the content of third party web sites.

Policy Regarding Children. This Site is for people 18 years of age and older. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not submit any information to COL-TAB until you have submitted the consent of a parent or guardian authorizing you to provide such information. COL-TAB does not intentionally collect any information about children.

Disputes Regarding Use of Personal Information. All disputes regarding COL-TAB’s use of your personal information and/or the terms of this Privacy Policy will be heard by any state or federal court located in the State of Oregon, USA, as more specifically provided in the LEGAL NOTICES.

Miscellaneous. COL-TAB’s policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond COL-TAB’s control. COL-TAB uses reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure. However, COL-TAB is not responsible for any breach of security or for the actions of any third parties.

Changes. COL-TAB reserves the right at its discretion to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Please review this page periodically for changes.
